The giveaway begins on July 14, 2026, upon publication and ends on August 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Entries received after the giveaway period ends will not be accepted.

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Michigan who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Own a residential property
• Have the legal authority to approve improvements to the property
• Own a property located within White Pine Renovation’s eligible service area

The eligible service area includes properties within White Pine Renovation’s established service territory in Southwest Michigan and Northwest Michigan.

All property addresses are subject to service-area verification. Properties outside White Pine Renovation’s normal service territory are not eligible.

Employees, owners, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of White Pine Renovation, LLC are not eligible to participate.

The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Only one entry is permitted per person and household during the giveaway period.

Participants must provide accurate contact, property, and eligibility information. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Participants are not required to:

• Purchase a product or service
• Request an estimate
• Sign a contract
• Apply for financing
• Share or repost a social media post
• Tag another person
• Leave a review
• Refer another customer
• Agree to receive promotional text messages, calls, or emails

Existing and previous White Pine Renovation customers may enter. Being a customer will not increase the chance of winning.

One winner will receive a home improvement project credit valued at up to $10,000 toward an eligible new project completed by White Pine Renovation, LLC.

Eligible projects may include qualifying full replacement projects involving:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Replacement windows
• Gutters
• Exterior entry doors
• Patio doors

The prize is a project credit and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the eligible project costs more than $10,000, the winner will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

If the eligible project costs less than $10,000, the unused portion will not be paid in cash, transferred, refunded, or carried over to another project.

The project credit:

• Must be applied to a new eligible project
• Cannot be applied to a completed project, previous contract, existing balance, or prior invoice
• Cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash
• Cannot be combined with another discount or promotion unless approved in writing by White Pine Renovation
• Cannot be used for repair-only work
• Cannot be used for services White Pine Renovation does not offer
• Cannot be used to reimburse or waive an insurance deductible where prohibited by law or an insurance policy

The winning property and proposed project must meet White Pine Renovation’s normal inspection, service-area, safety, permitting, product availability, and project-qualification requirements.

The winner must sign an eligible project contract by September 30, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Project scheduling and completion dates will depend on weather, permitting, material availability, installation availability, and other normal construction conditions.

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around September 1, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of:

• Identity
• Age
• Michigan residency
• Property ownership
• Property location
• Eligibility under these rules

The potential winner may also be required to complete eligibility, tax, liability, or prize-acceptance documents before receiving the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, provides inaccurate information, does not own a qualifying property, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the potential winner may be disqualified.

White Pine Renovation may then randomly select another potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

A potential winner is not officially confirmed as the winner until White Pine Renovation has verified their eligibility.

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving and using the prize.

The winner may be required to complete a Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation before receiving the project credit.

White Pine Renovation may issue any tax forms required by applicable law.

Information submitted through the giveaway entry form will be used to:

• Administer the giveaway
• Verify eligibility
• Prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries
• Contact the potential winner
• Award and document the prize
• Meet applicable legal and tax requirements

Entering the giveaway does not require consent to receive promotional text messages, automated calls, or marketing emails.

Any optional marketing consent must be presented separately. Declining marketing consent will not affect a participant’s eligibility or chances of winning.

White Pine Renovation may contact participants when reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway.

White Pine Renovation may disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information
• Attempts to submit multiple entries
• Uses automated entry methods
• Interferes with the entry or winner-selection process
• Violates these Official Rules

White Pine Renovation may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, severe weather, government action, unauthorized interference, or another event outside its reasonable control prevents the giveaway from being administered fairly.

The winner is scheduled to be selected at random on September 1, 2026. If the giveaway must be terminated before the stated closing date due to fraud, technical problems, unauthorized interference, government action, or circumstances outside White Pine Renovation’s reasonable control, White Pine Renovation may select a winner from the eligible entries received before the giveaway was terminated, where lawful and reasonably practical.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility related to this giveaway. No purchase, sharing, tagging, reposting, or following is required to enter or win. This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
